Your privacy is important to us. We believe that by respecting your privacy, we will have the opportunity to build a lasting relationship with your business, your clients and your staff. Any information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted. We collect information primarily for contact and billing purposes. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with, sold or disclosed to a third party unless required by law.
Credit Card Information
Any credit card information submitted via Mirego is secured by industry standards and proprietary measures. Mirego and its subscribers do not store credit card information unless Mirego subscribers or their users choose to enter this information for use in the Mirego recurring profiles module. In all other cases, financial institutions (like PayPal and Authorize.net) are solely and completely responsible for storing credit card information.
Ownership of Data Submitted
Any data submitted to the Mirego subscriber system remains the property of the subscribers and their users and is protected by the same safeguards that permit the secure transmission of credit card information outlined above. SPAM
Mirego does not condone or tolerate spam. It only sends e-mails to Mirego system administrators to announce updates or reply to Mirego users requesting technical support.
Permission to Access Your Mirego System
Only you control who has access to your Mirego account. You have the power to decide what privileges each user may have.
Cookies
The Mirego software requires that you enable cookies. We feel that this is the most secure means of providing login access to your version of Mirego. Cookies are very small text files stored on your computer by your Web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.). The cookies we store include the times and dates you logged in and one piece of personal information - your user name. Cookies are used by the world’s most trusted financial institutions and are required when you do your online banking because they provide the best security available. The Mirego Web site application also uses cookies. These include a time stamp and include no personal information. Their purpose is to help us monitor how our Web site is used and enables us to create a more user-friendly site - one that helps you find the information you need more quickly.
Children's Privacy
Mirego is committed to the protection of children's privacy. All Mirego users must be at least 13 years of age. Given the online and always available nature of the Mirego service, we cannot verify the age of all of our subscribers or the records they keep. Since data collected by Mirego is wholly owned by you - the Mirego subscriber - it is your responsibility to collect and share only the information you are legally permitted to. Mirego does not market its services to children under the age of 13.
Changes to The Mirego Privacy Policy
The heading on this document will always include the date of its last revision and a link to a page indicating all changes and most recent developments to the Mirego Privacy Policy. Significant changes to the policy - including any changes to the use and/or ownership of the data submitted via the Mirego service will be preceded by an e-mail outlining the proposed changes. A link providing similar and/or supporting information will also be available from our home page. A link to our privacy policy can be found at the bottom of each page of our Web site. We endeavour to maintain and protect your data at all times, subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy enforced at the time you subscribe to Mirego. If this is not possible, we will contact you by e-mail, post the changes on our Web site or contact you by other means. We will make our privacy policy publicly available and easy to find on our Web site as we believe that the strength of our policies and our open communication with you are valuable aspects of our relationship.
