The ALDO Group approached Mirego with the idea of engaging users of the Montreal Metro (subway system) with an unprecedented interactive experience with its brand. Mirego infused the project with its expertise—from the initial concept to the design to the technological and software development. The end result? A giant interactive kiosk installed at the Lionel-Groulx Station, located southwest of downtown Montreal. The project’s biggest challenge was to complete it entirely within the commercialization deadlines required by the ALDO Group: approximately 5 weeks. Mirego also integrated this new technology product with the Group’s existing IT systems—another major feat when considering the timeline! Since the kiosk was first installed in December 2013, thousands of ALDO products have been viewed by users of the Montreal Metro each month, enabling clients and potential clients to discover and interact with the Group’s products, season after season.
