Application Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of technical aspects and user experience. You will foster smooth collaboration and communication between the Mirego team and the client team, driving projects to success.
Your role involves identifying key stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with the team's work, and interacting with a wide range of professionals across various areas of expertise.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Plan and oversee deliverables to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a detailed project schedule while communicating any changes in scope or timeline.
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables and assess the product's health post-deployment.
  • Facilitate effective resolution of technical challenges across teams.
  • Align and mobilize internal teams as well as external collaborators with the delivery strategy.
  • Document technical dependencies between the different project components.
  • Participate in planning and follow-up meetings with external teams to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to draft progress reports, proactively identifying and communicating risks or issues.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or technical coordination.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English).
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and mobilize teams while fostering innovation.
  • Autonomy, rigor, organization, and proactivity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects in multidisciplinary and Agile environments.
