YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- You play an active role in designing and delivering world-class back-end services and Cloud Native infrastructures.
- You own the DevOps dimension of projects end-to-end, from CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to observability, security, and secrets management.
- You show up fully in agile ceremonies and technical discussions, bringing your expertise and perspective to shape product direction, whatever your role on the team.
- You proactively surface opportunities for improvement and champion innovative solutions that push projects forward.
- You work closely with development teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- You leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and responsibly to sharpen your productivity and raise the quality of your work.
- You're confident engaging directly with clients, presenting technical solutions clearly and guiding teams toward stronger practices.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You are passionate and results-driven: someone who can cut through complexity, prioritize what matters, and make sound decisions in a wide range of situations to deliver high-quality products and services.
- You communicate confidently in both English and French in a professional setting.
- You bring solid back-end experience with technologies such as Elixir, .NET, or Python, and you're genuinely open to adapting your stack to fit the needs of each project.
- You have meaningful, hands-on DevOps experience. You're fluent with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions, and you understand how these tools come together to support a continuous delivery pipeline.
- You have a strong grasp of the security, observability, and maintainability challenges that come with building and operating real-world systems.
- You have a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, use it responsibly in your day-to-day workflows, and are comfortable with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- You've consistently shown autonomy and initiative throughout your career, and both your technical abilities and your collaborative nature make the people around you better.
- You have a deep, well-rounded command of software development and architecture fundamentals, knowledge built through years of meaningful, real-world experience.
