As an Operations and Business Intelligence Specialist at Mirego, your mission is to secure our commercial agreements, ensure revenue reliability, and provide the organization with high‑performance BI. At the intersection of finance, sales, and operations, you act as the owner of contracts, billing, and data to ensure coherence, traceability, and smooth execution.
You monitor project health and standardize processes to improve contract management, tax credits eligibility, accelerate RFP responses, and increase the reliability of billing and revenue. You believe that rigorous operations and high‑quality data help create value, reduce risk, and support sustainable growth for our clients, our teams, and Mirego.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You partner with Sales in negotiations and lead the contract lifecycle (MSA, SOW, NDA): draft/adapt SOWs, control versions and signatures, track obligations, and manage renewals, involving Legal as needed.
- You standardize our templates and implement follow-up and automation processes (reminders, deadlines, renewals).
- You design and deploy dashboards and ensure data consistency to inform the team about billable hours, the sales cycle, and, more broadly, all activities that influence revenue and financial performance.
- You coordinate RFP responses: response plan, section ownership, version control, editorial consistency, and compliance.
- You adjust pricing and terms (T&M, fixed fee, milestones, retainer) and integrate legal and security requirements into proposals.
- You ensure operational rigour (traceability, glossary, templates) and timesheet quality to support project health and maximize tax credits (CDAE AI, SR&ED).
- You own end-to-end invoicing (preparation, supporting documents, sending, follow-up), conduct structured collections to reduce DSO, and qualify clients (credit checks) while honouring payment commitments.
- You contribute to monthly financial analyses (revenue reconciliation, WIP, revenue recognition for services/fixed-fee/SaaS, and budget reconciliations) and support continuous improvement and audits.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a technology organization (digital solutions, professional services, consulting, or agencies).
- Proficiency in French and English to handle contracts, RFPs, and client communications.
- Experience with artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency.
- Ease with BI/data modelling tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Demonstrated rigour, organization, and autonomy. You are results‑oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and maintain sustained attention to data quality and compliance.
- Good accounting and financial understanding to assess how our activities impact cash flow and the financial statements.
- Familiarity with contractual frameworks (MSA, SOW, NDA) and RFP coordination.
