As a recruitment and team development specialist, you contribute every day to developing and building the best team and the best place to work. You are the face of Mirego to potential talent, whether at a networking happy hour, a LinkedIn conversation, or a career fair. You support the team across all recruitment activities to help showcase Mirego and its culture.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- You build and maintain a community of potential candidates across various areas of expertise.
- You evaluate and screen applications, coordinate interviews, and take part in them.
- You proactively source and recruit, and know how to find the best external candidates.
- You help develop and maintain the recruitment team's relationships with development communities.
- You prepare, support, and manage the onboarding of new team members.
- You equip and support team leads and equip them to foster thriving, high-performing teams.
- You ensure the well-being and satisfaction of team members.
- You champion an exceptional workplace experience at the Montreal office.
- You participate in various events to grow your network and raise awareness of Mirego.
- You build relationships with various IT industry organizations and educational institutions.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have recently completed a university degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field and are starting your career.
- You have a strong interest in recruitment, an advisory role, and team support.
- You can use AI tools to create more value and optimize your day-to-day work.
- You find it easy to build relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills.
- You have demonstrated leadership abilities.
- You are autonomous, versatile, and proactive.
- You have a strong interest in the technology sector.
