Vice President, Sales and Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a central role in driving Mirego's growth. Your primary mission is to establish a thoughtful vision and strategy to attract, retain, and develop various business relationships. You will be at the heart of sales evolution, portfolio expansion, and the development of sustainable strategic partnerships. By joining the team, you will be responsible for defining a clear vision and ambitious strategy for acquiring and developing new markets while leading the sales and marketing teams. You will have a significant impact on building strategic relationships and advancing our business practices.

 RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You define and implement ambitious sales objectives while establishing reliable financial forecasts and actionable strategies.
  • You develop a comprehensive acquisition strategy to maximize business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of qualified new leads.
  • You actively participate in key business events to meet new clients, expand Mirego’s network, and build lasting relationships.
  • You identify and transform new client needs into opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
  • You lead, inspire, and support the sales and marketing teams by providing a clear vision and support.
  • You implement tools and processes to evaluate, track, and effectively communicate the results of deployed strategies.
  • You explore new market opportunities and generate ideas to drive sales growth while ensuring effective execution.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing sales and marketing teams, with notable expertise in B2B environments.
  • Significant experience in the technology sector.
  • Experience using sales management tools (CRM) and marketing platforms to optimize performance, such as HubSpot.
  • Availability to travel regularly between Montreal and Quebec City, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to building on-the-ground relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Quebec business landscape, combined with active participation in business events and networks.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative client acquisition strategies while exploring promising new markets.
  • A track record of achievements that highlight your ability to solve complex business challenges and drive results through creative solutions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, paired with inspiring leadership that motivates and influences your team and peers.
  • A result-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver tangible outcomes quickly through strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to interact effectively with clients across Canada and beyond.
