New mobile application for DAVIDsTEA

Over the past few months, our team has been helping DAVIDsTEA with its digital transformation to create an online experience for its customers that is inspired by the in-store experience.

We are delighted to present the result of our strategy, design and development collaboration for the new DAVIDsTEA mobile application.

In addition to providing tea lovers with a user-friendly shopping experience, our teams have designed features that enhance product discovery and reward members of the Frequent Steeper loyalty program.

The app is available for free on the App Store and Google Play Store, and offers a range of features enabling users to :

Shop for Teas and Tea Accessories
Discover teas with the virtual tea guide
Scan their Frequent Steeper loyalty card in the app
Earn and redeem Frequent Steeper points
Add favorite teas to their wish list
Track their Frequent Steeper points and rewards
Redeem their rewards (free teas)
Vote for their favorite discontinued tea to make a comeback
