The initial version of the DuProprio application was among the first mobile applications available in Canada in 2009. Over the next few years however, DuProprio decided to focus primarily on a web-only version of the digital product.
In 2022, a little more than a decade later, a new version of the application made its debut on app stores. DuProprio now offers a new application which truly meets market needs and sets home sellers for success in the realization of their real estate project.

Users of the DuProprio Application have access to an array of resources supporting them throughout the process of purchasing a property. For example, home buyers can access legal documents, such as a buying offer form, and other resources right at their fingertips.
Property listings and interactive map
Seamlessly switching from the map view to the list view, it’s easy to locate properties in a desired search area and to explore a neighbourhood through the satellite view.
Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
Buyers can easily communicate with sellers, free of charge, so that they can get their questions answered, schedule a visit, and even discuss a buying offer’s details. Buyers and sellers can communicate via text, phone call or email.
Saving searches and adding properties to the favourites list.
Users can now save the results of a specific search or add properties to their favourite list. Users can also receive real-time alerts and notifications when prices drop, when an open house is scheduled, or when a new property matching the criteria of a saved search is listed.
